Company was born from the small startup buisness in 1991. In the begining, it was oriented to design and drafting work of automation systems. From this arrise the name of company - ProAut - (Projects of Automation Systems).

From the mentioned kind of work the company grew up to software design for the automats of Landis & Staefa and Siemens. Complex services in the field of electro and meassuring and control started in 1998. In 2001 we started in complex solutions in IT technology in touch with process automation nad complex control of inteligent buildings. In 2005, we changed the form of company to ltd.
